Please allow me to introduce Anne Heap, a pastry Chef who is literally, “the icing on the cake.” She opened Pink Cake Box in 2005 and has been featured in a library of magazines & newspapers, and had television exposure with Martha Stewarts The Art of Wedding Cakes II and two Food Network Cake Challenges.
